The Ballroom
Originally a Federal courtroom, remodeled in 2015.
The elegant 2,000 square foot room features high ceilings, state-of-the-art LED lighting, and stunning views of Downtown Tacoma and Mount Rainier.

Enough tables and chairs are included in the rental cost to fill occupancy.
Equipment Rental

The Bridal Suite
A private lounge for getting ready before your event.
The Groom's Suite
A separate space for the rest of the wedding party.
The Parlor
A refined, intimate space for smaller gatherings.
With warm natural light and elegant details, The Parlor offers a charming complement to larger events in the Ballroom, or a cozy stand-alone setting for meetings, breakout sessions, and private receptions.
